Conveying of Powder / Bulk Solids

Neftec builds customer specific suction/blowing conveyors as well as independent mobile installations and standardised devices for these processes.

Central Suction Conveying Installation

The diagram shows a typical arrangement  of a central suction conveying installation.

Mobile Suction Conveyor

Drum conveying via product receiver and shuttle valve (Drum is not under vaccum)   The product will be conveyed with a suction unit through the  suction lance in the product receiver.   By interruption of the vacuum, the product will be automatically discharged dust free through the shuttle valve.   Our new separator technology allows a constant conveying performance without filter cleaning.

Drum conveying via separator head (Drum is under vaccum)   The separator head will be placed on drum and is ready for operation.   The product will be conveyed with a suction unit through the  suction lance in the drum.

 

Mobile Suction/Blowing Conveyor

In this example, the process is carried out for pharmaceutical use in a clean room.   The powder will be blown in the liquid tank through a suction lance by compressed air (below liquid level).   During this process the solids will be completely dissolved in the liquid.   The injected feed air escapes through attached filter unit on the manhole (primary and secondary filter).   After adding of product in the tank, the filter unit will be removed and the manhole closed.

 

Mobile Tipping/Charging Installation

The product is supplied to a downstream processing operation (in this example of a gyratory screening machine) via a mobile tipping/charging station continuously.   By connecting of our mobile dedusting device, the product tipping can be carried out free of dust.
